1.1.Knows the opportunities and trends for the development of the crop sector, taking into account the types of support for regional specificities, understands biodiversity and its role in 1.2.the sustainable development of society;
1.3.Knows the most important agrotechnics of crops and mechanization of production processes, applied technologies and methods in the production of crop products;
Knows the principles and regularities of entrepreneurship, economics, development trends in the crop sector, according to the situation on the labor market.
2.Skills
2.1.Knows how to choose the most economically advantageous crops, has skills in crop cultivation, agrotechnics, plant protection, plant fertilization, applying modern technologies;
2.2.Is able to solve problems using theoretical, practical knowledge and skills of business, economics, crop production for working in a crop production company or its management;
2.3.Able to take responsibility for work in a crop production company and organize teamwork, organizing work with personnel in accordance with the goals set by the company.
3. Competence
3.1.Able to make decisions for the production and sale of economically advantageous crop products, observing food and environmental safety requirements, legislation;
3.2.Able to use information technologies for the performance of economic activity and critical evaluation of information, independently making decisions and solving current issues of production and business of crop products, assuming responsibility for decision-making
3.3.Able to professionally improve in the field of crop production, plan growth and manage development-oriented processes both individually and in a group, cooperating with industry specialists.
