Results
Knowledge:
1. Understands the history of medicine, theories of nursing, physiological and pathological processes of human development in a healthy and sick person, the nature of the nursing profession, principles of communication, ethics and general principles of health care.
2. Knows the most important vital functions, compliance with various clinical procedures, principles of rehabilitation at all age stages, including home and palliative care, taking into account the principles of infection control.
3. Understands the application of various research methods in health care (qualitative, quantitative research, data analysis and interpretation) and principles of project management.

Skills:
4. Apply theoretical and practical knowledge in assessing the condition of patients, care at all age stages, including providing emergency assistance in emergency situations.
5. Ensures the education of the individual and society about infection prevention, a healthy way of life, observing the principles of ethics and deontology.
6. Will develop evidence-based research and projects in nursing practice, providing patient-centred care.

Competence:
7. Independently performs the care of patients of various ages, respecting confidentiality, patient rights and infection control principles.
8. Performs clinical procedures independently, ensuring the comfort of the patient, participates in the process of preparing and performing patient diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, performing patient education.
9. Able to develop their knowledge and skills, work independently in performing clinical procedures, cooperate with other healthcare professionals, work in a team, educate the patient, the community and improve their knowledge and skills.
