Knowledge:-Demonstrate in-depth or extended knowledge and understanding, some of which corresponds to the most recent discoveries in the jurisprudence or professional field, and which provide a basis for creative thinking or research, including by participating in the interdisciplinary activities;-Independently identify legal problems, plan solutions and provide reasoned and high-quality solutions to legal problems;-Understand the meaning of legal sources and the methodology of their application. Skills:-Ability to independently apply theory, methods and problem solution skills to perform research activities or highly qualified professional functions, use innovations;-Ability to provide well-founded arguments and discuss complex or systemic aspects of the respective field of jurisprudence or professional field with both specialists and lay-men. Competences:-Independently critically analyse complex scientific and professional problems in the relevant field of jurisprudence, formulate and justify decisions;-Be able to integrate knowledge of different fields, contribute to the creation of new knowledge, development of research or professional activity methods in preparing opinions in the relevant field of law;-Provide creative and legally justified approach to solving legal problems at the national and international level.
