Skills:-Ability to independently apply theory, methods and problem solution skills to perform research activities or highly qualified professional functions, use innovations;-Ability to provide well-founded arguments and discuss complex or systemic aspects of the respective field of jurisprudence or professional field with both specialists and lay-men.
