Results
The aims of the Programme:
– are to provide students with the opportunity to acquire knowledge necessary for business management, develop relevant skills and abilities through encouraging further development of the personality and focusing on foreign language skills development;
– to prepare competent and internationally competitive leaders of companies or branches of the national economy who are able to use their knowledge and expertise in a way that demonstrates their professionalism and competence in leading processes and solving problems, as well as adopting responsible decisions.
Learning outcomes:
– to acquire knowledge in the general subjects of economics and management;
– to acquire detailed theoretical knowledge in the management, economics, business administration, financial accounting, business law, as well as deepen theoretical knowledge in the project management, strategic management, human resource management;
– the ability to use the theory in the implementation of practical business ideas;
– to be able to use acquired skills in the process management at the enterprise level and in the decision making process, implementing them accordingly to the changeable external and internal environment;
– to develop research skills;
– to be able to work in a team, to delegate and coordinate responsibilities and to solve conflict situations;
– to use communication skills in the local and international business environment;
– to work out and defend 3 course papers, develop and defend the Bachelor’s thesis.
