1. Business and functional managers are trained, who, applying theoretical and practical knowledge are able to plan, organize and manage the organization’s work according to the company’s work environment and strategy.
2. Management professionals of business administration processes and functional fields are trained, who applying theoretical and practical knowledge are able to plan, organize and manage different business processes, and motivate and mentor employees.
3. In the study process the competences in business functional field planning and management, administration and development are acquired.
4. During the study process the skills have been developed to work in team, ability to think critically, organize work and take responsibility, formulate strategically and analytically, solve the business environmental problems creatively.
