1. Knowledge of the dynamics of international relations and modern trends.
2. In-depth knowledge of theory and methodology, which allows to consider research problems in a broad conceptual context.
3. Thorough knowledge of the different regions of Europe and the world in comparative politics, using theoretical concepts.
