Results
After completing the study programme, the new specialists:
1. Are familiar with the basic principles and innovations in social work management, strategic planning, supervision and coordination.
2. Are able to plan and implement research activities in the field of social welfare to contribute to the development of professional knowledge and social work practice.
3. Can Independently identify, formulate and critically analyze professional work challenges and their solutions, argue with professionals in the field and project perspectives for the development of the field/industry.
4. In professional activities, are able to implement the democratic, evidence-based incorporation of good governance principles for the further growth of social policies, based on the fundamental principles of ethics, human rights and non-discrimination.
5. Are self-motivated and interested in developing their professional skills in further education and career; are able to critically evaluate their professional activity in social work management by integrating theoretical approaches from different fields and contribute to the development of new knowledge.
