- Demonstrate in-depth and/or expanded knowledge and understanding that provides a basis for creative thinking or research, including working with maritime and port engineering systems and technologies, environmental management, digitalization, management, safety, and other relevant areas;
- Demonstrate in-depth and/or expanded knowledge and understanding that provides a basis for professional competence in business within the maritime transport industry;
- Independently apply theory, methods, and problem-solving skills for research and/or highly qualified professional work in the field of maritime transport process management;
- Effectively explain and discuss complex or systemic aspects of maritime transport process management, both orally and in writing, to both specialist and non-specialist audiences;
- Independently develop their competencies and specialization in the field of maritime transport process management, as well as work, research, or engage in further learning in complex and unpredictable conditions;
- Undertake entrepreneurship and innovation in the maritime transport industry, as well as take responsibility for the work results and analysis of personnel groups;
- Independently formulate and critically analyze complex professional problems in the maritime transport industry, including in business, and justify their decisions;
