Applicants must submit a free-form essay on the prospective topic of their Promotion Thesis (up to 12 pages) and a summary of the essay in English (up to 2 pages). If the essay is submitted in English, a summary is not necessary; 2. Interview with the Director of the Programme to assess compliance of previously acquired knowledge (the interview with the program director takes place before the applicant has started studies; the applicant's management experience is also assessed during the interview with programme director) 3.
